EdTech K-12 Winter 2005 The Winter 2005 issue of EdTech: Focus on K-12 magazine features a cover article that reports on the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's offsite training conferences, which educate teachers on the latest technology trends and the best ways to integrate technology into their classrooms. Another story discusses the key challenges facing educators in 2006 and the ways in which technology can help meet those challenges. No surprise: Nearly all teachers think classroom computers are a good teaching tool. But most teachers also feel they need more training to use computer technology to its best advantage. School districts agree: Very few rated teachers’ skills at integrating technology as “very good” or higher.
